The goal of the Pidion/Bluebird Factory Repair Center is to return your Pidion/Bluebird product to the same working condition as when you first received it. To that end, we will try to make the entire evaluation/repair process as smooth as possible.

RMA Request:

If your Pidion/Bluebird devices fail to function properly, or are damaged, please fill out the form below. If you need to submit more than 5 units for evaluation/repair, you can fill the form out multiple times, until you have submitted an entry for each unit to be evaluated/repaired.


Please be sure to include data in every box marked with an asterisk, as missing data can prevent your RMA requests from being processed in a timely manner.

Shipping Instructions:

You should receive your RMA within one business day of your submission. Do not ship your units until you have received your RMA. The customer is responsible for safely packing the device for shipping to the repair center as well as for the shipping charges. We recommend using anti-static bubble wrap to protect the device from static or impact damage. Any damage incurred during shipping is the customers’ responsibility. Please do not ship memory cards along with your device.

Repair Center Diagnoses:

Upon arrival at the repair center, your device will be inspected. The device will be tested, and problems will be diagnosed to determine what parts will be needed for the repair. If the device is covered by the warranty, we will repair it and return it to you. If the device is out of warranty or the problem is not covered by the warranty, we will contact you with an estimate on the repairs. With your approval, we will complete the repairs and return the device to you.


Please note, repair quotes that are declined will incur a $25.00 evaluation charge.
