What separates us from others in our business is when you have a problem with a product received, we have a helpful and knowledgeable staff that can help resolve your problem as quickly as possible. Many times we can resolve a problem with a simple call to one of our engineers while you are still on-site.

All parts that ship from MRP carry a 90 day warranty.

In order to make the Return process flow as smoothly as possible, please follow the steps below:

  • Please call 708-597-4222 if you suspect a problem with the product you received from us. We require that this is done while you are on site so our factory trained engineers can verify the fault. Once it is verified that the product is faulty, you will be issued a RA #. RA#`s will not be issued if you do not have access to the product.

  • If it is determined the product is defective. After we receive the returned product, we will ship you a replacement product on our account by the same method as your original order. If you require the product shipped by a different method, it will be at your expense.

  • If the returned product tests good. MRP may choose to notify you before shipping a replacement.

  • In order to process your return. Please write the RA # we provided in Step 1 on the package, so we can identify the product as being returned from you.

  • Please return the product to our Alsip Facility for processing:

  • Returns need to be received within 14 days from the date the RA# was issued or credit will not be issued.

  • Returns need to be packaged well enough to prevent damage to product.
  • Good parts being returned because they are not needed or were ordered in error are subject to a 25% restock fee or a $35 minimum charge.**

  • RA#`s will not be issued for good part returns after 14 days from the date of shipment.

** Supplies, thermal printheads and manuals are not eligible for return
