Fast and accurate October 20, 2014

The local printer repair vendor shipped the incorrect part - TWICE!  The second time, they claimed that the correct part is no longer available, and that the part they shipped would work in our printer.

It didn't.

I ordered the correct part from MRP after a technician emailed me photos of what was in the box and it looked the same as the dead part (the one that is "no longer available").  The part was shipped within a couple of hours and arrived the next morning - just in time for the repair tech on site to install it in place of the incorrect part shipped by the local vendor.  The printer was up and running in no time.

The folks at MRP are the BEST!
